About pdfrender
pdfrender turns HTML and CSS into PDF files through a REST API or an MCP server. The free tool works without an account.
How it renders
WeasyPrint 70 lays out the pages. It supports print CSS: paper size and margins, headers and footers, page numbers and page breaks. It runs no JavaScript and loads nothing from the network, so images, fonts and styles go into the HTML as data: URIs. The CSS guide lists what works.
Data
HTML and PDF are processed in memory and not stored. A PDF made with the MCP tool is kept in memory for 15 minutes, so you can download it from its link. It is never written to disk.
The servers are at Hetzner in Nuremberg, Germany. Details are in the privacy policy.
Operation
